Rotary Auditorium (Charlottetown Library Learning Centre) Capacity: 150

Description

 

• Capacity: Up to 150 people seated auditorium style

• Square Footage:  2,260 sq. ft

• Room Includes: In-house sound system, 16 rectangular tables (8 ft.), 150 chairs, 2 projectors and projector screens, 2 podiums with microphones, and 2 handheld wireless microphones.

• Users are responsible for their own set up and tear down of tables and chairs

• Please read over our Charlottetown Library Learning Centre Room Booking Policy before submitting your request. By submitting your request, you agree to our follow the terms of our policy. 

• This space is rented by a 4 hour or a 8 hour time slot.

Cost:

• Half Day (up to 4 hours): $250
• Full Day (up to 8 hours): $500

Non-profit rate:

• Half Day (up to 4 hours): $125
• Full Day (up to 8 hours): $250

Payment:

• If paying online via card, fees will be adjusted based on the above rates once booking is confirmed, prior to payment.
• Users can also pay by cash, cheque or card, at the Library, prior to event.
• Invoices can be provided upon request.
